2:42 And they continued steadfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers.
If you’re a member of a church, and you’re invited to a “fellowship,” what does that usually mean? Would it be coffee and donuts? Or a potluck, or a full banquet? And would there be entertainment? Today, Pastor John explains that fellowship is not an “event” but a “position”. It’s not something you “do,” but something you “have.” All who share in the common experience of the grace of Christ have been brought into fellowship with one another. Now, it’s just a matter of living your calling.
Now, let’s join Pastor John in the book of Acts chapter 2 as he begins his message, A Caring Church.
